Q: How to order customised pattern ?
A: You can reach our designer through line or email to inform us your desire pattern.

Q: What are the terms and conditions for ordering customised pattern?
A: - You are only allowed to have one revision. Please communicate your design clearly to us.
- The minimum length of your order is 500 cm.
- It will take more times to produce your final printed pattern.
- We DO NOT accept pattern that copies other people's work.

Q: How much does it cost to order customised pattern?
A: It starts at Rp 300.000/100 cm.

Q: Can you help me print my own pattern ?
A: We apologise that we cannot print your design. We ONLY accept our designer's patterns.

Q: Will the end result show the exact colour as shown ?
A: Unfortunately, the colour will be slightly different because we print it on white cloth. There will always be colour reduction.

Q: What are the type of clothes we provide?
A: We do have 2 type of clothes that you can choose, which are Satin Velvet and Silk Satin. They are perfect for tops, dresses, and shirts.

Q: How long does it take to print and deliver your printed pattern?
A: It takes 3 to 5 days to print your pattern and delivery time depends on your region.

Q: How many persons are allowed to buy for each pattern?
A: All the patterns on this website are limited for 3 buyers only. After that, the pattern will not be sold again.
For the customised pattern, it will be limited for the buyer who orders it.

Q: What is the dimension of your printed fabric?
A: The length will be as your desire, but the width will be always 150 cm.

Q: Can I have your pricelist ?
A: Sure. Here is the pricelist:
- Satin Velvet: Rp. 205.000/100 cm
- Silk Satin: Rp. 220.000/100cm

A: The cost will vary depends on your region.
